I’ve come a long way with my weight. A few years ago, I was approaching 150 pounds. I was heading full speed down the path of being overweight and the health problems it leads to.

I knew that there are two key elements to weight loss – diet and exercise! I changed by diet and starting working out.

I was quickly approaching my 30′s (as in 2 months away). No matter what I did, I wasn’t getting the body I wanted. I was close to my weight goal, but I worked out a lot and I wanted an athletic figure. It wasn’t until I bought Turbulence Training that I really started to notice a difference!

  • Easy To Follow Instructions: The workout programs are listed for you with the days you should do them, (i.e. Day 1: List of workouts, Day 2: List of workouts, etc.). They also have detailed descriptions of the workouts with pictures so you know how to do them correctly. Craig gives you a workout chart so that you can track your progress. In the beginning of the books, he also includes a helpful Common Questions & Answers chapter. It really is hard to fail on this program.

  • PDF’s Instead Of Videos The workouts are also written out in PDF files rather than video files so you can skip sections if you’re in a hurry and need to do a shorter workout. I prefer to read instructions quickly and reference photos to ensure I have proper form than to watch hours of video. I just don’t have the time for that. I like to workout in the morning and in the evening so I break the workout in half. If you don’t want to do a segment of the workout, you can replace it with another. I can also print each workout so I can bring it anywhere. I can do it at the beach, on vacation or in my living room.

  • Workout Variation: Each program has A and B workouts so that you never do the same workout in a row. After 4 weeks, you switch to a totally different workout so you never get board. You literally have 1000′s of different workout combination’s to choose from. I bought the deluxe version which comes with a 6-Month Bodyweight Manual. That is the absolute BEST program I’ve ever done in my life! The workouts are simple and I don’t take long to complete them.
