What Is The 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge?

30-Day Green Smoothie ChallengeMy 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge is simple. For the next 30 days, all you have to do is replace one of your regular meals with one of the green smoothie recipes that I send out on a weekly basis (there are 7 recipes per week).

I recommend having your green smoothie early in the day – preferably at breakfast time, but you can have it whatever time is most convenient for you.

Is This A Green Smoothie-Only Diet/Fast?

No, this is not a green smoothie fast. Continue to eat healthy, whole food meals as much as possible for lunch and dinners while on this challenge.

The challenge provides a delicious green smoothie recipe for you to make every day for the next 30 days.

How Does This Challenge Work?

The 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge includes 30 green smoothie recipes. Each day, you will drink one of the green smoothie recipes from the weekly list that I send you via e-mail.

Additionally, you will get weekly grocery shopping lists that will help ensure that you have all of the ingredients on hand to make these recipes.

The purpose of this challenge is to eliminate all excuses and make it as easy as possible to start a daily green smoothie habit.

Is It Difficult To Follow?

30-Green Smoothie ChallengeThe great thing about this challenge is that all of the planning has been done for you. All you have to do is take the shopping lists with you to the grocery store, buy the ingredients, and follow the easy-to-make recipes in the guide. I’ve even included the nutrition information for each recipe.

I’ve included substitution lists to make it easy for you to swap out ingredients due to lack of availability, taste preference, and allergies.

The ingredients for the vast majority of these green smoothie recipes are generally available at most supermarkets in the United States. There are a couple superfood ingredients that I use in a handful of “advanced smoothies” in week 3 and 4 that you may need to get at a health food store, or purchase online.

However, remember that this is a “challenge”, and the purpose is to gently introduce you to new combinations and ingredients, so embrace the change and go with it!
