What Is The 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge?
My 30-Day Green Smoothie Weight Loss Challenge is simple. For the next 30 days, all you have to do is replace one of your regular meals with one of the green smoothie recipes that I send out on a weekly basis (there are 7 recipes per week).
I recommend having your green smoothie for breakfast, but you can have it for whichever meal is most convenient for you.
These are the recipes that I used to lose 40 pounds!
Is This A Green Smoothie-Only Diet/Fast?
No, this is not a green smoothie fast. Continue to eat healthy, whole food meals as much as possible for lunch and dinners while on this challenge.
The challenge provides a delicious green smoothie recipe for you to make every day for the next 30 days.
How Does This Challenge Work?
The 30-Day Green Smoothie Weight Loss Challenge includes 30 green smoothie recipes specifically developed by me to kickstart weight loss. Each day, you will replace one meal with that day’s smoothie recipe.
I have been helping people lose weight with green smoothies and whole foods since I launched my website in 2009, so I have put all of my knowledge, experience, and research into developing these deliciously slimming smoothies.
Additionally, you will get weekly grocery shopping lists that will help ensure that you have all of the ingredients on hand to make these recipes.
The purpose of this program is to eliminate all excuses and make it as easy as possible to start a daily green smoothie habit.
Is It Difficult To Follow?
The great thing about this weight loss challenge is that all of the planning has been done for you. All you have to do is take the shopping lists with you to the grocery store, buy the ingredients, and follow the easy-to-make recipes in the guide. I’ve even included the nutrition information for each recipe.
I’ve included substitution lists to make it easy for you to swap out ingredients due to lack of availability, taste preference, and allergies.
The ingredients for these recipes are generally available at most supermarkets in the United States. There are a couple superfood ingredients that you may need to get at a health food store, or purchase online.
However, remember that this is a “challenge”, and the purpose is to gently introduce you to new combinations and ingredients, so embrace the change and go with it!
