Perfect Health Program

If you like tropical fruit salad, you’ll like this incredible green smoothie with a delicate, fruity taste of the tropics. It can be a meal replacement smoothie or you can easily modify it to meet your calorie needs.

Recipe

– 1/2 large papaya
– 1 mango
– 1/2 avocado
– 2 cups dandelion greens
– 1/2 cup shredded coconut
– 6 ounces of water
– 1 serving of protein powder (optional)

Blend on high until smooth.

Smoothie Modifications

For less fat and calories, use a half or whole banana instead of the avocado. You can also use fresh, young coconut instead of shredded coconut, which will also provide a significant boost in calcium content. I highly recommend that you only use unsweetened coconut if you do use shredded.

This smoothie contains 8 grams of protein without protein powder. Check your protein powder for additional nutritional information if you decide to use it.
