Mango-Watermelon Whole JuiceThis mango and watermelon creation is one of my favorite whole juice recipes. It’s very light and has a pleasant and fun texture thanks to the mineral water.

Watermelon seeds are a good source of minerals, so I added them to the juice. However, if you don’t have a high-speed blender, you might want to use seedless watermelon or remove the seeds first.

Mangoes are a great source of fiber. In fact, this juice recipe has 14% of your daily recommend value of fiber.

This recipe makes about 24 ounces or 1 serving of whole juice. I call it a “whole juice” because it is made in a blender, which makes a juice that includes the fiber (pulp) without being thick like a smoothie.

Mango-Watermelon Whole Juice Recipe

  • 1 mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 8 ounces of mineral water

Add the mango and watermelon to your blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until you don’t have any more large chunks. The watermelon should provide the blender with enough liquid to blend without water, but if not, add an ounce or two. Once your watermelon and mango are blended, add the mineral water and gently stir.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
