I was talking to one of my friends on GiveItToMeRaw.com (a raw food community website) and she mentioned this simple and tasty smoothie recipe. Remember those orange sherbet with vanilla ice cream bars? We’ll here’s a smoothie that tastes just like it.
50-50 Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups frozen young Thai coconut meat
- 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
