We’re 20 days into our 30-day raw food diet experiment. In this video, I tackle the big question of which raw diet plan is the best one. Is it the high-fruit diet such as the 80/10/10 or 811rv, or is it the high-fat diet that uses a lot of nuts, seeds and avocados in recipes? Both diets have advantages and potential problems. I’ll share my approach to this question and how you can find out which one is best for you.
