One more week to go in our 30-day raw vegan diet experiment! The third week has been slightly more difficult than the first two in terms of cravings. We’ve both lost a little weight and noticed improvements in strength and stamina in our workouts. In this video, we talk about further detox symptoms we had this week as well how we’re doing overall.
