Here’s another popular recipe from my Reset 28 program for energy and weight loss.
I LOVE pudding, mangoes, and bananas. When I was thinking up a quick and easy snack, a fruit pudding naturally came to mind. This simple and delicious dessert takes less then five minutes to make.
You can easily double or triple the recipe to share for freeze for later.
– 1 banana, peeled
– 1 mango, peeled and pitted
– 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1) Add all the ingredients to your high-speed blender or food processor (use the “S” blade).
2) Blend on medium until smooth.
You can also place this pudding in the freezer for at least three hours for an ice cream consistency.
Variation: Green Pudding
You can also add greens to this pudding. Seriously!
Add a small handful of finely chopped, fresh baby spinach to give this dessert a funky green color and lots of additional nutrients like calcium, iron, magnesium, and vitamin K. You won’t taste the greens either.
