    Thank you so much for putting all this information out there and helping people improve their lives! I have been doing green smoothies for breakfast for about a year and a half and my life has definitely improved so much. I first noticed a great increase in energy, then the brain-fog (I didn’t know I had) lifted…and what a difference! Now I feel good all the time and am happy for no apparent reason. Raw food is definitely the way to go for me, for life.

    I like to invent in the kitchen. Your website has given me ideas on making healthy non dairy smoothies, besides the great info. you have. I have a few recipes , feel free to share it, I call it BERRY TROPICAL : 1 c. +- coconut water(agua de coco),½ c. mango or papaya (cut in scares),½ c. frozen fresh berries mix,1 banana (optional),½ bar açai frozen smoothy pouch.Blend all together. BERRY COLADA : 1 c. coconut water,1 c. pineapple chunck,½ c. frozen fresh berries mix,½ bar açai frozen smoothy pouch. Blend all together.Tell me if you like it or not !
